Shoplifter removed from Lords

Lords: Shoplifter apprehended

1_23_shoplifter.jpg This alleged shoplifter was apprehended yesterday by the Journal Square SID Off-duty Police detail along with on-duty Jersey City Police Officers. The actor paid for the merchandise and was released by Police. A call to the JSQ hotline 1-866-857-1467 initiated the apprehension and subsequent adjudication on site.

Advisement to Alleged Shoplifter at Farmers Market

shoplifter_W.jpg The individual pictured was advised by P.O. Mark Meleniak for taking a pie without paying for it from the Bakery at the Farmers Market. The actor gave back the pie and the operators of the bakery chose not to pursue any charges.

Shoplifter Pursuit

bushka_redmond_shoplifter_w.jpgSgt. Jack Redmond and P.O. George Bushka apprehended a shoplifter yesterday in the plaza. The alleged shoplifter was in possession of clothing that was the property of 10 Spot a clothing store located at 2849 Kennedy Blvd. Thanks to an alert Mike Craig and Tyrone Railey from our Maintenance and Ambassador crews respectively, they contacted Chris Bernardo, Operations Manager, who in turn contacted Sgt. Jack Redmond, the Police Supervisor. John Fotos, Regional Manager (Pictured left standing against the scaffolding) for the 10 Spot retail chain, indicated to Chris Bernardo that he was impressed with the quick response on the part of the S.I.D Personnel and the Police.
