Panhandler in front of Rite Aid

homeless_guy_w.jpg The homeless man shown on the left was reported by the District Administrator and apprehended by the Operations Manager. This particular individual is normally observed panhandling at the kiosk and on Newark Avenue. This is the first instance that he has been observed on JFK Blvd.
